Job summary

Cockroach Labs is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect for the Americas partner team. You will be the technical authority across Cloud, ISV, OEM, and GSI partner motions, shaping GTM narratives, enabling partners, and driving pipeline influence. This is a builder role with end-to-end ownership.

You will develop and certify assets, lead integration planning, and deliver reusable technical content. Expect collaboration with partner marketing teams and a strong emphasis on AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or partner engineering in cloud tech.
• Proven track record presenting to diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong public speaking and content creation abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed for partner events.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical partner strategy and GTM plans.
• Develop content and co-marketing assets with partners.
• Act as technical advisor to Americas-based partners.
• Lead architectural discussions and integration planning.
• Support POCs and technical validation for CockroachDB.
• Publish reusable assets and developer-focused content.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate asset creation.
