Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partners Solutions Architect to cultivate deep technical partnerships with GSIs, RSIs, and cloud providers. The role emphasizes pre-sales architecture, joint solution development, and enabling partner AI practices to accelerate indirect revenue.

You will collaborate across security, product, and GTM teams to shape deployment patterns, gather product feedback, and drive partner success through technical leadership and enablement activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing/partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager.
• Track record of partnering with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite, engineering, and IT teams.
• Strong presentation and technical communication skills to translate requirements between tech and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and ML/data science background.
• Demonstrated cross-organizational collaboration and mentoring abilities.
• Passion for safe and beneficial AI and teaching others.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Technical Partnership: act as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team and enable partner technical capabilities.
• Joint Solution Development: identify high-value GenAI applications and codify reference architectures.
• Customer Deal Support: unblock strategic deals with deep technical guidance.
• Partner Ecosystem & Events: represent Anthropic at partner events, lead developer sessions and workshops.
• Product Feedback: gather partner-related feedback to inform product roadmap.
