Everforth Apex Systems is hiring a Partner Onboarding Specialist for the San Francisco, CA area. This hybrid role focuses on guiding partner organizations through a structured onboarding process, ensuring they are productive and positioned for growth.

The role involves managing high-volume onboarding activities, utilizing Salesforce CRM, and conducting webinars to drive progress across tiers and milestones. A strong emphasis on repeatable processes and partner engagement is required.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of direct experience in partnerships, partner enablement, onboarding, or customer success within a technology environment.

Mansioni

• Conduct 15 to 20 onboarding sessions weekly with newly referred partner organizations to explain program tiers, requirements, and benefits.
• Host recurring webinars to welcome new members and guide upgraded organizations on advanced program milestones, including certification and service delivery.
• Execute established playbooks and checklists to monitor progress and prevent partner stalling.
• Provide dedicated, personalized communication for high-potential partners to address inquiries beyond standard documentation.
• Monitor onboarding pipeline trends and share friction points with the program team.
• Identify documentation or playbook gaps and propose practical updates to improve the partner experience.
