Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Services Manager focused on enablement in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will ensure partners are certified and capable to deliver Fin deployments, managing structured onboarding, training and certification across the partner ecosystem.

You will develop curricula, run bootcamps with the Salesforce community, and track progress from onboarding to certification, while collaborating with Product and Education teams to accelerate feature adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, partner enablement or technical training roles.
• Enablement design: building training or certification programmes for partners or consultants.
• Facilitation: leading workshops and multi-day bootcamps for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner enablement and certification paths.
• Onboard new partners with structured onboarding plans from signed agreement to first deployment.
• Run partner certification, bootcamps and scenario-based testing.
• Run deployment bootcamps with Salesforce for its partner community.
• Build and maintain enablement content, curricula, online courses, playbooks and labs.
• Track partner progress from enabled to certified and maintain certification records.
