Job summary

Everflow is a SaaS Partner Marketing platform that helps brands scale revenue from affiliates, partnerships, and channels. We seek a Customer Success Manager focused on smooth launches, value realization, and revenue expansion with a data-driven, client-first approach.

You will own onboarding, build lasting relationships, and advocate for customer needs while collaborating with our Technical Solutions team to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Everflow or competitor tracking platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or MMPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new customers to realize value quickly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion.
• Develop expertise with new products and evangelize them to clients.
• Advocate for customer needs and relay feedback internally.
• Monitor usage data and health metrics to preempt issues.
