Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. You will cultivate relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners, drive bids, and optimize the Partner RFQ platform. The role requires 5+ years with machine shops, strong analytics, and travel up to 20% for site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years with machine shops/manufacturing partners managing relationships and capabilities.
• Deep understanding of CNC machining, sheet metal, tolerances and materials.
• Engineering background or technical manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with external manufacturing stakeholders in fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical skills and metrics interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional influence.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel and analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of pre-vetted manufacturing partners.
• Act as trusted advisor, understanding partner goals and capabilities.
• Identify and address partner concerns related to bids, lead times, pricing, and support.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and track bid/win rates per partner.
• Collect feedback to drive improvements in bid quality and process.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and drive action plans.
