Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. You will cultivate relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners and drive improvements in the Partner RFQ platform.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with machine shops, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 20% travel. It offers a base salary range of $108k–$140k plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years with machine shops and manufacturing partners; experience managing relationships or in a machine shop environment.
• Engineering background or technical manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners in Partner RFQ program.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews; track bid rates and win rates.
• Collect partner feedback to drive improvements in bid quality and lead times.
