Job summary

Xometry, based in the United States, seeks a Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within Procurement Excellence, cultivating relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners and driving improvements in the RFQ process. You’ll conduct quarterly reviews, track bid and win rates, and collaborate with product and operations to enhance bid quality and on-time delivery.

Travel up to 15-20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 5+ years with machine shops/manufacturing partners.
• Understanding of CNC machining, sheet metal, tolerances.
• Engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of pre-vetted manufacturing partners in Partner RFQ.
• Serve as trusted advisor to partners on goals and capabilities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and track bid rates.
• Identify improvements in bid quality and lead times.
• Collaborate with product and operations to test changes.
