Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. You will cultivate relationships with a curated set of pre-vetted manufacturing partners, drive performance via QBRs, and advocate for platform improvements to deliver exceptional outcomes for Xometry and its customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years direct experience working with machine shops and manufacturing partners.
• Deep understanding of machine shop operations, capabilities, and manufacturing processes.
• Engineering background or technical manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel 15-20% for partner on-site visits and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with external manufacturing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills; proficient in data analysis and metrics interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners in the Partner RFQ program.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to assess performance via bid rates, win rates, and delivery metrics.
• Capture and relay partner feedback to drive improvements in bid quality and lead times.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and develop action plans for underperformers.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to test improvements addressing partner needs.
