Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to lead the Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. You will cultivate relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners, manage quarterly business reviews, and drive continuous improvements to the RFQ platform.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, addressing partner concerns, and collaborating with Product and Operations to enable growth and higher orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of direct experience with machine shops and manufacturing partners.
• Engineering background is a plus and helpful for understanding capabilities.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of pre-vetted manufacturing partners in the Partner RFQ program.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and track bid rates and win rates.
• Collect and relay partner feedback to drive platform improvements.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and address underperformance.
• Collaborate with product and operations to grow partner engagement and orders.
