Job summary

Xometry in the United States is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. You will manage a portfolio of pre-vetted manufacturing partners and drive continuous improvement in the Partner RFQ platform.

The role requires 5+ years working with machine shops and manufacturing partners, deep understanding of CNC, sheet metal, tolerances, and an engineering background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience working with machine shops and manufacturing partners.
• Deep understanding of machine shop operations and manufacturing processes.
• Engineering background or technical manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel 15-20% for partner on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of manufacturing partners in the Partner RFQ program.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and track bid rates, win rates, and on-time delivery.
• Identify process improvements and relay insights to product and operations teams.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and support strategic growth.
