Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. You will cultivate relationships with hand-picked manufacturing partners, drive improvements in the Partner RFQ platform, and support strategic growth through ongoing engagement and performance review.

The role emphasizes strong communication, analytics, and collaboration with product and operations teams to enhance bid quality, lead times, and overall partner success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience working with machine shops and manufacturing partners
• Deep understanding of machine shop operations, capabilities, and manufacturing processes
• Engineering background or technical manufacturing knowledge is a plus
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners in Partner RFQ program
• Serve as trusted advisor understanding partner goals, capabilities and challenges
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and track bid/order performance
• Collect and relay partner feedback to drive platform improvements
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and develop improvement plans
• Support partner capability expansion and strategic account growth
