Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. You will cultivate relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners, understand their capabilities, and drive improvements in bid quality and lead times.

Responsibilities include conducting QBRs, tracking bid and win rates, and collaborating with product and operations to enhance the Partner RFQ platform. Travel up to 20% will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience working with machine shops and manufacturing partners.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and metrics interpretation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence across functions.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and business analytics tools.
• Ability to travel 15-20% for partner on-site visits and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of pre-vetted manufacturing partners participating in the Partner RFQ program.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and track bid rates and win rates for each partner.
• Gather partner feedback and relay actionable insights to drive platform improvements.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and develop improvement plans.
