Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. You will manage a curated portfolio of pre-vetted partners, acting as a trusted advisor to understand capabilities, concerns, and feedback while driving improvements in the RFQ platform and ensuring partner engagement.

You will conduct quarterly business reviews, track bid and win rates, and collaborate with product and operations to address partner needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of direct experience working with machine shops and manufacturing partners.
• Engineering background or technical manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pre-vetted manufacturing partners in the Partner RFQ program.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and track bid and win rates.
• Collect and relay partner feedback to drive improvements in bid quality and lead times.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and identify underperforming partners for action.
