Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager to lead our Partner RFQ initiative within the Procurement Excellence team. This role focuses on managing a curated portfolio of manufacturing partners, driving improvements in bid quality, lead times, and performance through regular reviews and strategic collaboration.

You will build strong partnerships, track bid rates and win rates, and work with product and operations to implement enhancements that deliver value to Xometry and

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience with machine shops and manufacturing partners.
Strong understanding of machine shop operations and manufacturing processes.
Engineering background or technical manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of pre-vetted manufacturing partners in Partner RFQ program.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and monitor bid/win metrics.
Gather partner feedback to improve bid quality and lead times.
Collaborate with product and operations to test improvements.
Monitor KPIs and identify underperforming partners.
