Job summary
Trulioo Information Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to own the full lifecycle of partner relationships for North American resellers.
You will drive growth, manage pipeline, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners succeed in selling Trulioo's KYC, KYB, and AML solutions. You will operate in a remote North American setting, with a focus on expanding revenue, enabling partner sales teams, and pioneering AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency and
Qualifications
- 7+ years in partner success or related roles.
- Proven track record of growing a portfolio and hitting revenue targets.
- Experience with pipeline building, co-selling, and upselling.
- Comfort with API-driven products and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the partner relationship end to end.
- Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets.
- Build and review pipeline with resellers.
- Deliver onboarding and sales enablement.
- Co-sell with partner reps.
- Upsell existing clients to net-new Trulioo products.
- Lead QBRs and executive business reviews.
- Coordinate with Technical Account Management.
- Identify new opportunities within partners.
- Voice the partner needs to Product/Marketing/GTM teams.
- Champion AI-enabled workflows.
