Job summary

Trulioo is hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager to own the full lifecycle of reseller partnerships in North America. You will be the primary account manager, drive growth targets, and coordinate with Technical Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure partner success.

The role is full-time, remote out of North America with a preference for U.S.-based applicants. You will enable partner sales teams to position Trulioo’s KYC/KYB/AML solutions and co-sell with partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner success, channel/account management, or related roles.
• Proven track record of growing a partner portfolio and hitting revenue targets.
• Experience with end-to-end account management: pipeline, enablement, QBRs, and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner relationship end to end for a portfolio of reseller partners.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth and partner expansion.
• Build and review partner pipelines and conduct regular pipeline reviews.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing sales enablement for partner sales teams.
