Job summary

Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification, is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager operating remotely in North America. You will own partner relationships, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable partners to sell Trulioo's KYC, KYB, and AML solutions.

You will lead pipeline development, co-selling, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring a healthy technical relationship and expansion opportunities across a growing reseller portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in partner success, channel/account management, or similar.
• Track record of growing a portfolio of partners or accounts.
• Strong experience with end-to-end account management: pipeline, co-selling, enablement, QBRs.
• Comfort translating between business and technical stakeholders and working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner relationships for a portfolio of reseller partners.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth and expansion within partners.
• Build and review partner pipelines; conduct regular forecast reviews.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing sales enablement for Trulioo's KYC/KYB/AML offerings.
• Co-sell with partners and upsell into existing client bases.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and internal teams.
