Trulioo, a global leader in identity verification, invites you to join as Senior Partner Success Manager to own end-to-end management of reseller partnerships across North America. You will drive growth, enable partner sales teams, and collaborate across Technical Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure partner success.

The role emphasizes growth over recruiting new partners, with a focus on pipeline, enablement, and expanding Trulioo’s offerings such as KYC, KYB, and AML

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner success or channel sales managing a portfolio of partners.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and expansion targets.
• Experience with technical, API-driven products and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner relationships end-to-end for a portfolio of reseller partners in North America.
• Hit year-over-year growth targets and drive expansion within the partner base.
• Build and review partner pipelines, run forecasts, and maintain accountability.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing sales enablement to partner sales teams for Trulioo solutions.
• Co-sell with partners and upsell to existing clients onto new products.
• Lead QBRs and business reviews with partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Management to ensure healthy API integrations.
