Job summary

Trulioo is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to own end-to-end partner relationships across North America. You will drive growth, enable partner sales teams, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts to ensure partners succeed with Trulioo’s identity verification solutions.

You will work remotely from North America, collaborating with Technical Account Management, Product, Marketing and Support to maintain healthy APIs and strong partner pipelines.

Qualifications

7+ years in partner success, channel/account management or partner sales.
Experience with pipeline building, reviews and upselling in a SaaS/fintech context.
Strong consultative relationship-building with both practitioners and executives.
Excellent communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own the partner relationship end to end for a portfolio of reseller partners.
Drive year-over-year revenue growth and expansion within partners.
Build, review and progress partner pipeline; run regular reviews and forecast accountability.
Train partner sales teams on Trulioo’s KYC, KYB and AML solutions.
