Job summary

Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification, is hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager to own the end-to-end management of a North American reseller portfolio. You will drive growth, enable partners, co-sell, and coordinate across Product, Marketing, and Support to maximize revenue and trust.

In this remote role, you will manage a multi-partner book, hit expansion targets, and ensure successful API integrations and technical alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner success, channel/account management, or partner/channel sales.
• Proven track record of growing a portfolio of partners or accounts.
• Hands-on experience with pipeline building, co-selling, and QBRs.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner relationship end to end for a portfolio of reseller partners.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth and expansion with partners.
• Build and review partner pipeline and conduct regular reviews to forecast accurately.
• Provide sales enablement and onboarding to partner teams for Trulioo's solutions.
• Co-sell with partners and help upsell to existing clients.
