Trulioo, the global identity verification leader, is hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager to own end-to-end partner relationships across North America, driving revenue growth and strategic expansion. In this role you will coordinate with Technical Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Support to enable reseller partners, conduct QBRs, and ensure seamless API integrations.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in partner success or channel sales or related roles.
- Proven track record of growing partner portfolios and revenue.
- Experience with API-driven products and technical collaboration.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the partner relationship end to end as primary account manager.
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth across your portfolio.
- Build and review partner pipeline; remove blockers and forecast.
- Deliver onboarding and enablement for partner sales teams.
- Co-sell with partners and upsell to existing clients.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and executive reviews.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Management on integrations.
- Identify new opportunities and influence product planning.
