Via is transforming transportation globally. As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will own partner relationships, drive revenue growth, and act as a trusted advisor on operational, go-to-market, and product matters.

This remote-first role focuses on the Central US market with travel to partner sites as needed. You will partner with senior stakeholders to secure renewals, land upsells, and expand contract scope while championing new Via capabilities to grow service size.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant work experience with direct client work
• Strong relationship-building skills and calm under pressure
• Data-savvy with ability to derive insights from complex datasets and translate into actions
• Growth mindset, self-starter, and able to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Team player who can mentor others and work across the organization
• Willingness to travel regularly and engage with partners face-to-face

Responsabilidades

• Own the success of your partner portfolio and serve as the primary point of contact for partner leaders
• Drive revenue growth through renewals, expansions, and upsells with senior stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor translating partner needs into service improvements and product capabilities
• Analyze service performance data and turn insights into strategic decisions
• Advocate for partners internally, collaborating across teams to expand services
