Job summary

Via is hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager for the Eastern US. You’ll be the face and voice of Via for our partners, building durable relationships and turning them into revenue growth. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on operational, go-to-market, and product issues, while advocating for partners internally to expand services.

This US East Coast role is remote with Miami or Atlanta preferred but open to other East Coast locations. Expect travel to connect with partners face-to-face.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to build long-term partner relationships.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Self-starter in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
