Human Interest is on a mission to expand retirement benefits nationwide for SMBs. We’re seeking a Partner Account Manager to grow and manage key accounts, accelerate partner relationships, and drive revenue across the United States.

You’ll work cross-functionally to scale partnerships with tech, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, and proactively create solutions while traveling about 3 days/week to build strategic

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and managing relationships with SMB partners in tech/HCM
• Proven track record in quota-driven sales
• You are a motivated individual contributor who can work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented in cross-functional settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMB space
• Create strategic referral networks for lead generation and partnerships
• Identify and resolve issues by collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, webinars, etc.)
• Work with partners to set goals and performance metrics and drive GTM strategies
