Human Interest is a fast-growing fintech company helping SMBs offer retirement plans nationwide. The Partner Account Manager will develop, accelerate, and manage key partner relationships, focusing on referral networks with tech partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.

You’ll drive lead gen and collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues and seize opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of partner sales/business development in SMB space
• Quota-driven sales experience
• Independent contributor who builds relationships
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Willingness to travel; in the field 3 days/week in Queens

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and advisors in SMB
• Create and build strategic referral networks for lead generation
• Identify and resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on events, emails, webinars to promote partner sales
• Work with partners to set goals and metrics and drive go-to-market strategies
