Job summary

WEX is seeking a Partner Account Executive in the United States to own post-sale partner relationships, drive renewals, and grow ARR. You will align WEX solutions with partner goals, manage escalations, and lead enablement and strategic reviews.

You will build trusted partnerships, monitor success metrics, and coordinate with product, sales, and legal teams to maximize partner value and reduce attrition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer success or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, COBRA, and Direct Billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for assigned partner accounts.
• Own account growth and retention, driving ARR and renewals.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by aligning WEX capabilities with partner needs.
