Job summary

WEX Inc. in the United States is seeking a Manager, Client Service to lead a team of Client Service Managers/Associates responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of key clients.

You will coach and develop the team, drive operational excellence, own client relationships, and partner cross-functionally to reduce attrition, support renewals, and grow the business while ensuring alignment with WEX objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience in client service, account management, or service delivery.
• Minimum 7 years of overall experience in the healthcare industry, including benefits administration, with a track record of managing mid-market & enterprise-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Client Service Managers/Associates to high performance.
• Oversee planning, direction, and execution of all support and service activities for client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support leadership to position WEX as a trusted partner.
• Monitor client satisfaction and drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
