Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Partner Development Manager in the Global Partner Development Organization to act as a strategic General Manager for holistic partner relationships.
You will drive revenue growth and product adoption across Amazon Ads by orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, developing multi-year roadmaps, and influencing partner leadership to unlock transformative business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional or military experience.
- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end partner relationships as a strategic General Manager, developing 3-Year Plans and Annual Account Plans.
- Lead Partnership Agreement negotiations with C-suite executives and coordinate activation commitments.
- Drive product prioritization alignment with partner leadership across the full Amazon Ads portfolio.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews with strategic partners and maintain C-suite relationships.
- Monitor partner health and growth metrics and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with leadership.
