Job summary

Snowflake seeks a Sr. Partner Development Manager to lead and expand our Global System Integrator partnerships.

You will own pipeline management, data ingestion, and workflow processes, while collaborating with product, sales, and marketing to deliver joint growth for customers and Snowflake. You will implement AI-first workflows, coordinate co-marketing programs, and provide deal support and reporting to ensure scalable partner success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5+ years in partner management, strategic alliances, or channel sales.
Proven track record with Snowflake's System Integrators or similar partners.
Ability to manage global and regional partner programs and revenue targets.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed.

Responsibilities

Drive and nurture relationships with Global System Integrator partners.
Own pipeline management, data ingestion, and workflow processes for partnerships.
Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, legal, and marketing teams.
Coordinate and execute co-marketing activities to generate leads.
