Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a strategic leader to manage and scale a network of partners across manufacturing, retail, and industrial IoT sectors. You will guide a team of Partner Development Managers, shaping AI/Data Cloud ecosystem strategies and driving joint go-to-market and co-sell programs with Snowflake’s sales teams.

You will partner with Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to align broad roadmaps with partner initiatives, measure outcomes, and accelerate revenue growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development in cloud and data platforms.
• 3+ years of direct people management in a matrixed tech org.
• Deep knowledge of retail, CPG, manufacturing, IoT, supply chain use cases.
• Proven success building partner ecosystems and GTM/co-sell programs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for C-suite alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers.
• Create and drive ecosystem strategy focusing on ISVs and Data Providers.
• Lead joint GTM and co-sell initiatives with Snowflake sales teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
• Measure and drive partner and revenue outcomes across the lifecycle.
