Job summary

Snowflake is expanding its Alliances team and seeking a Sr. Partner Development Manager, Strategic Platform & AI Partnerships to own high-value technology partnerships across the AI Data Cloud ecosystem.

You will support joint customers and sales teams with effective co-sell and co-resell strategies. You will report to the Enterprise Technology Partner leader and engage with senior executives to drive mutual business impact across product integration, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience
• 8+ years in sales and alliances
• 3+ years at director level or higher
• 2+ years leading an ISV partnership generating >$10M in annual co-sell/resell revenue
• Strong analytical, data-driven, strategic mindset
• Excellent verbal and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive global end-to-end strategy across co-sell, resell, marketing, and product integration pillars.
• Collaborate with Snowflake's sales teams across regions to hit annual sales targets and develop joint sales plays.
• Partner with technical teams to create joint solutions and enablement materials.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with executives and coordinate with marketing on compelling programs for joint solutions.
• Foster relationships across Product, Legal, and Professional Services for a seamless partner experience.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and track metrics like joint pipeline and deal registrations.
