Job summary

Snowflake is expanding its Strategic Data Cloud Product Team and seeks a Partner Development Manager to lead strategic Financial Services partnerships and GTM initiatives. You will engage with customers and partners to expand Snowflake’s ecosystem of providers and solutions, guiding the development of go‑to‑market strategies.

In this role you will recruit customers and partners, build strategic plans, and work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive growth in Snowflake’s Financial

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales.
• Background in Financial Services/fintech, with ecosystem DAAS knowledge.
• Strong verbal and executive presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of business and financial metrics.
• Proven self-starter with initiative and collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic plans focused on acquiring new Financial Services partners.
• Contribute to strategic planning of the Financial Services Data Cloud Products industry team.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of high‑performing partners.
• Engage with current customers to drive adoption of Financial Services products.
• Work cross‑functional with Sales, GTM, Marketing, Operations and Product teams.
