Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Leader to helm the Data Cloud Partners program, guiding a high-impact team across strategy, partnerships, co-sell, and GTM execution. You will shape ecosystem strategies for top Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, and Industrial IoT ISVs and data providers, aligning with Snowflake’s platforms and enterprise sales goals.

You’ll manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, GTM, Marketing, and Sales to maximize partner-driven growth and revenue impact, while serving as

Qualifications

10+ years in tech sales or partnerships.
3+ years people management in a matrixed tech org.
Deep knowledge of manufacturing, retail, supply chain and data/AI.
Proven success building partner ecosystems and GTM motions.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a team of Partner Development Managers.
Develop ecosystem and forward-thinking partner strategy with ISVs and data providers.
Drive joint GTM and co-sell with Snowflake’s sales teams.
Align partner strategy with product roadmap and broader Snowflake initiatives.
