Job summary

UKG is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager to build trusted partnerships and oversee project governance and delivery within the UKG partner ecosystem. The role requires proactive program management, forecasting, and escalation handling with strong executive presence in the HCM landscape.

You will drive governance across partner projects, ensure go-live readiness, manage budgets and change requests, and lead quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Professional Services or Consulting experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent UKG on partner-delivered projects and participate in steering committees.
• Lead weekly project check-ins and ensure go-live readiness.
• Facilitate partner enablement, certifications, and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage scope, budget, and change requests with partner operations.
• Drive OSAT and reference-able outcomes on partner projects.
