Job summary

UKG is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager to lead governance and delivery across partner projects within the UKG ecosystem. You will drive project governance, weekly check-ins, go-live readiness, and budget management while building strong partner relationships and ensuring customer success.

You will also forecast go-lives, enable continuous improvement, certify partner resources, and conduct quarterly health reviews, with travel up to 25% and a focus on SaaS HCM/WFM solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting role.
• UKG Product knowledge (HCM/WFM) or similar domain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or other relevant combination of training and experience.
• Travel up to 25% may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Project Governance: represent UKG on partner projects and Escalation management.
• Weekly Project Check-Ins to keep projects on track.
• Go Live Readiness to ensure quality go-live deliveries.
• Product Support to route issues to the Partner Experience Center.
• Scope/Budget Management with Partner Operations and change requests.
• Drive OSAT/References to achieve high partner references.
