Job summary

UKG is seeking a Lead Partner Delivery Assurance Manager to build trusted partnerships and oversee project governance and delivery. You will manage go-live readiness, forecast accuracy, and escalation paths while supporting enablement and quarterly business reviews with partners.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in professional services, strong Spanish/Portuguese skills, and a BA/BS. Travel up to 25% is required, with a focus on delivering high CSAT and referenceable projects.

Qualifications

• Travel up to 25% as part of the role.
• Proficient in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Represent UKG on partner-delivered projects and participate in Steering Committee meetings.
• Lead weekly project check-ins to ensure accountability and progress.
• Ensure go-live readiness and drive quality go-live deliveries.
• Facilitate engagement with the Partner Experience Center for product or configuration issues.
• Collaborate on scope, budget, and changes with Partner Operations and Ready partners.
