The role focuses on securing distribution, negotiating terms, and expanding existing customer relationships while coordinating with design to improve products.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in outside sales, plus a valid driver's license and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of outside sales with a proven record of success.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record for the last 3 years to qualify for a company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, be self-motivated, manage time well, and commit to team success.
• Ability to use independent judgment in negotiating sales agreements and handle sensitive accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans within an assigned territory.
• Secure and maintain distribution of products and/or services; provide pricing and negotiate terms.
• Develop lead generation plans to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand existing business.
• Coordinate with design department to improve design and develop new designs.
• Oversee account management activities including records, forecasts, budgets, and credit collections.
