Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a highly motivated outside sales professional to drive growth in the corrugated packaging sector across the United States. You will manage key accounts, secure new business, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions.

You will develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while upholding PCA's commitment to integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years of outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the last 3 years.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Preferred: 3 years in corrugated material or paper sales.

Responsabilités

• Achieves sales goals and executes sales plans within an assigned territory and/or account.
• Secures and maintains distribution of products and/or services, providing pricing and negotiating, and maintaining sales agreements.
• Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans to build a substantive sales pipeline.
• Maintains customer relationships and expands existing business.
• Coordinates with design department to improve designs and develop new ones.
• Reviews opportunities and recommends improvements to processes with sales manager.
• Manages overall account responsibilities including records, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and collections.
