You will manage a defined sales territory, secure distribution, and negotiate terms while building lasting customer relationships across accounts.

The role emphasizes lead generation, collaboration with design teams, and strategic account management to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years outside sales with proven success.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for last 3 years.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, manage time well, and contribute to team success.
Ability to negotiate sales agreements and handle difficult accounts.

Responsibilities

Achieves sales goals within an assigned territory or account.
Secures and maintains distribution, provides pricing, negotiates and maintains sales agreements.
Develops lead generation plans to build a strong sales pipeline.
Fosters and maintains customer relationships to expand business.
Coordinates with design department to improve and develop designs.
Reviews opportunities and processes with sales manager; recommends improvements.
Manages accounts, including recordkeeping, credit applications, forecasts, budgets, and collections.
