In this role you will identify enterprise opportunities, build trusted partnerships, and collaborate with R&D, prepress, and production to deliver exceptional customer experiences while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B sales or technical service.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling.
• Willing to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office suite.
• Curiosity to learn printing/packaging tech.
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Packaging Science, Graphic Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build & Grow New Business across food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods.
• Be a Trusted Advisor by applying technical knowledge of rotogravure printing and substrates.
• Sell with Strategy & Value by communicating performance, quality, and cost advantages.
• Collaborate Across Teams with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution.
• Own the Customer Experience from first conversation to final delivery.
• Stay Ahead of the Market by tracking trends in sustainability, films, and pricing.
