Job summary

Amcor is seeking a driven sales professional to lead territory growth, defend existing business and win new accounts in North America. You will drive profitable sales, manage key relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and company objectives.

The role requires strong negotiation skills and travel up to 60%. You will work with marketing, R&D and operations to optimize share of wallet, ensure customer satisfaction, and support strategic initiatives across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in technical, sales and general management.
• Experience in large-scale B2B packaging environment preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally ~60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for the assigned territory.
• Grow share of wallet with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking.
• Coordinate Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service for trials and validations.
• Manage accounts receivable with assistance from the credit department.
• Forecast and report performance and opportunities in CRM.
