Job summary

Gold Media Tech LLC in Miami seeks an experienced Owner Acquisition Manager to convert inbound and partner-sourced leads into signed property management agreements. You will assess opportunities, present clear STR pro forma P&Ls, and manage the full sales cycle remotely by phone and video, with occasional Miami meetings.

The role requires 4–6+ years in senior client-facing roles, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years in a senior, client-facing role in private banking, wealth management, real estate or investment sales, corporate account management, or luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record engaging high-net-worth individuals, business owners, or executive-level clients.
• Working financial fluency: Comfortable building and explaining a basic pro forma P&L.
• Native or fluent Spanish and strong professional English, both spoken and written.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle over phone and video, with remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and convert warm leads— inbound inquiries, referrals, and partner-sourced contacts—into signed property management agreements.
• Qualify each opportunity early by assessing property type, HOA/HOA restrictions, owner expectations, and timeline.
• Build and present simple, clear STR pro forma P&Ls (revenue, occupancy, ADR assumptions) to help owners understand value.
• Run a disciplined, non-pushy follow-up cadence with owners who aren’t ready to sign today.
• Manage the full sales cycle remotely by phone and video, with occasional in-person meetings in Miami.
• Keep the CRM pipeline accurate with daily activity logging and weekly reporting.
• In first 90 days, work through CRM backlog and ramp up self-sourced outreach.
• Report directly to the CEO during ramp-up, transitioning to the Miami-based Owner Acquisition Manager.
