Job summary

Pavago is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a growing U.S.-based residential property management company. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role managing leasing, maintenance coordination, and client relations across Miami and Orlando.

You will lead a six-person team, set KPIs, and drive improvements while working remotely during EST hours. Fluent English and Spanish are required, and prior multi-market property management experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience in multi-market environments.
• 2+ years of leading teams within a property management company.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, vacancies, unit turns, renewals, and rent increases.
• Manage maintenance coordination and vendor performance.
• Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes.
• Lead a 6-person team and establish KPIs.
• Provide proactive portfolio updates to owners and clients.
