Cresa in Miami seeks a Transaction Manager to lead acquisition and disposition activities for a global portfolio. You will align client goals with transaction execution, coordinating multi-market deals and providing robust financial analysis.

The role requires a real estate license, 3+ years CRE experience, and strong presentation skills with PowerPoint/Google Sheets. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred not required

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-market acquisition & disposition of direct and serviced offices.
• Coordinate with market co-broker, onboarding and service quality.
• Draft RFPs, Counter-Proposals, LOIs/Heads of Term.
• Participate in Lease Review and track negotiation progress.
• Understand and prepare financial analysis including comparatives and sublease recovery.
• Manage documentation flow between client, account team, and extended team.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Maintain weekly / monthly real estate activity status report
