The role focuses on speed to lead, qualification, follow-up, CRM accuracy, and appointment setting, becoming a primary revenue driver for the company.

Base pay ranges from $40,000 to $45,000 with OTE of $50,000–$60,000. This full-time 1099 position offers a clear path toward higher-level sales roles as you master lead management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing.
• Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to lead management.
• Willingness to own a high-responsibility role with accountability.
• Growth-oriented and open to feedback for improvement.
• Sales, lead management, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Interest in real estate investing and long-term growth in sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive speed to lead and lead qualification to maximize conversion.
• Perform thorough follow-up and CRM data entry with high accuracy.
• Set and protect appointment attendance to support revenue growth.
• Be the first voice homeowners hear and one of the main revenue drivers for the business.
• Own the Lead Manager seat for 6–12 months based on performance.
