Job summary

BDO USA seeks an Experienced Manager in Outsourced Finance & Accounting to lead engagements from scope through delivery. You will manage client relationships, oversee staff assignments, and review final work while guiding financial performance and risk controls.

You will develop proposals, supervise associates, and ensure accurate billing and reporting. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic advisory across varied client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of outsourced finance & accounting engagements.
• Lead discovery meetings and design integrated client solutions.
• Manage billing, client relationships, and portfolio performance.
• Develop and review fee estimates and statements of work with leadership.
• Coach and develop Senior Associates and Associates on processes and tools.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of final work products.
