Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus two (2) years prior sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to developing and maintaining customer relationships and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to prepare and present compelling proposals and sales contracts.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company during the sales process by collecting data on customer needs and design specifications.
• Develops sales contracts for residential, multi-family and commercial projects.
• Troubleshoots field issues that are complex in nature.
• Plans and conducts sales presentations and demonstrates products to meet customer needs.
• Researches, identifies and solicits new customers to create opportunities.
• Keeps customers informed about products and services and explains benefits.
• Attends training to expand product and industry knowledge.
• Manages own workflow to meet productivity goals.
• Adheres to safety procedures and attends safety meetings.
