Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in HR Outsourcing (HRO) to close deals in a defined territory. You will train in ADP’s programs and sell comprehensive HR solutions to new and existing clients, aiming to improve employees’ lives with quality benefits.

You will manage multiple deals, chart progress, and collaborate with senior decision-makers while pursuing aggressive targets and earning strong compensation through bonuses and awards.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience — We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences Veterans bring to the table.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend our award-winning training program and sell HR solutions to clients.
• Develop relationships with HR and executive decision-makers and gather leads.
• Document sales processes from lead through implementation and follow-up.
