Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to lead interventions for aligning people, processes, and systems to drive sustainable growth. The role emphasizes talent development, performance coaching, organizational design and employee engagement across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include consulting with senior leaders to design, deliver, and measure OD programs, and traveling to multiple hospital locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience including managing people and large scale projects.
• Experience designing, implementing, measuring and reporting organizational development interventions.
• Professional presence with polished facilitation, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience facilitating, coaching and mentoring teams to drive consensus or data gathering for projects.
• Understanding of change management, agile principles and design thinking.
• Strong planning, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills; ability to share insights with all levels.
• Experience designing assessment instruments.
• Strong software skills (PowerPoint, databases, Advanced Excel).
• Ability to travel regularly to Northside Hospital locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead interventions for organizational, team, and individual performance using action research, experiential learning, and behavioral science techniques.
• Consult with senior leaders to design and deliver OD programs, processes, and initiatives that align people, processes, and systems.
